Hereinafter, CLIP BOOM, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA may be referred to as "ClipBoom", "we" or "the Platform".

2. Purpose and scope

This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website https://clipboom.io (hereinafter, the "Website") and of ClipBoom's technology platform (hereinafter, the "Platform"), which connects brands and content creators ("Clippers") for the creation and distribution of short-form content on social media.

Access to the Website and/or the Platform confers the status of user and implies full and unreserved acceptance of all the provisions included in this Legal Notice, as well as in the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and, where applicable, the applicable Terms and Conditions.

3. Access to and use of the website

3.1 Access

Access to the Website is free of charge, except for the cost of connection through the telecommunications network supplied by the access provider contracted by the user.

3.2 Proper use

The user undertakes to use the Website and the Platform in accordance with the law, this Legal Notice, the other applicable conditions and policies, and generally accepted morals and good customs.

The user undertakes to refrain from:

  • Using the Website or the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or purposes that may cause damage to ClipBoom or to third parties.
  • Reproducing, copying, distributing, transforming or modifying the contents of the Website without ClipBoom's express authorisation.

All the contents of the Website, including, by way of example but not limitation, texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or sound content, as well as its graphic design and source code, are the intellectual property of ClipBoom or of third parties who have authorised their use, and none of the exploitation rights over them may be understood to be assigned to the user beyond what is strictly necessary for the proper use of the Website.

The trademarks, trade names, logos and distinctive signs are owned by ClipBoom or by third parties, and access to the Website may not be understood to confer any right over said trademarks, trade names and/or distinctive signs.

5.1 Availability and continuity

ClipBoom does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the operation of the Website or of the Platform. Where reasonably possible, ClipBoom will give prior notice of interruptions in operation.

ClipBoom is not responsible for the contents published by users of the Platform, nor for any damage or loss that may arise from them. Nevertheless, ClipBoom reserves the right to remove any contents which, in its opinion, do not comply with the established conditions.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. ClipBoom assumes no responsibility for the information contained in said third-party websites.

6. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law.

For the resolution of any dispute that may arise in relation to access to or use of the Website or the Platform, ClipBoom and the user agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Seville, unless the applicable regulations establish a different jurisdiction.
